Greetings Chadwick Members,

My apologies for the slight delay with this letter. I hope all is well and everyone’s holidays and winter were enjoyable. Here we are approaching the 2022 season, which I am sure we are all looking forward to, as this year brings even greater ease and lifting of restrictions with the pandemic. Although, it surely is not over there does seem to be better control and a sense of calmness. The board and I here at Chadwick are working diligently for another successful season within our community and beaches. We are scheduling all normal functions and activities for the community. Included in this mailing you will find a copy of our financial statement which again indicates that we continue to remain on firm financial ground while managing all operations and activities associated with the association.

As always, we are thankful for the continual assistance by community members but do remain in need of some additional assistance with maintenance and activities. There are a couple of positions open on the board.
